Chef Jesse P. Salvant has been in the kitchen since he graduated in 2006. He started as a dishwasher and over the years he moved up to lead line cook at the Palms of Saint Lucie West. To further his passion for cooking, he completed the culinary program at Virginia College with honors and a manager level ServSafe. He has been professionally cooking since 2015. He looks forward to serving our cuisines to all that walk through our doors.
